Dutch reporter Arjan van der Giessen is afraid for Michael van Gerwen and Dirk van Duijvenbode at the PDC World Championship after Vincent van der Voort is tested positive on Covid 19. They have spend Christmas together and so they have been in close contact with each other.

Dutch reporter: “I don’t want to make any assumptions and I am not insinuating anything but I am afraid this might have consequences for Michael van Gerwen. As we all know he is very close with Vincent who took his responsibility to withdraw from the tournament. Meanwhile there are rumours there are a few players who have been playing in the early rounds while being tested positive. I don’t know who but there are players who tell me about this rumours.”
