Glen Durrant made a painful mistake in the final of the Poker Stars Open. He was playing against Dutchman Chris Landman and Duzza was 4-3 up. He had a 105 checkout left to win the title and after he hit a triple 19 and a single 16 he went for double 16.
According to his reaction he thought it was in but when he did not hear the ‘Game, shot and match’ he realised it wasn’t in. Thankfully for him Landman didn’t hit his 144 checkout and in his second attempt Durrant did win the title.
