During his game with Benjamin Reus there was this action by Adam Hunt which opponent usually can’t appreciate.

It’s the kind of move you’d expect nowadays from players like Michael van Gerwen or Luke Littler, but Adam Hunt has also shown he’s up for such moments. This wasn’t the first time he displayed his creative side, either. About a year ago, he made headlines when he finished a 63 in a particularly unusual way.

He started the leg with a single 13, leaving 50 points with two darts remaining. Instead of going for a traditional finish, he aimed to split it, targeting a single 10 and double 20. However, his second dart missed the board completely, leaving him still with 50 points after two throws. Forced to improvise, he went for the bullseye—and hit it.

This raises an interesting question for statisticians: what do you do with that second dart? He had a shot at a double but ended up with nothing—no single, no triple, and no double.

This time, he had another remarkable moment where he stood looking puzzled after his second dart. Strangely enough, his third dart ended up in the same spot as during the moment we described above.

At the moment, Adam Hunt holds the 113th position on the PDC Order of Merit, with £13,500 to his name. This puts him just ahead of players like Danny Jansen, Martijn Dragt, Jelle Klaasen, and Leighton Bennett.
