Monday night Gerwyn Price and Daryl Gurney played each other at the PDC World Matchplay. They have had some intense games before and this time was no different.

But it wasn’t the first time we saw an angry SuperChin because at the start of that leg he did a cynical imitation of The Iceman and after the match there was this tension ending.
Daryl Gurney even got himself in more trouble for getting a fine after he called Gerwyn Price a F***** ****** as shown in this footage.
Fireworks were expected beforehand between the two, as previous meetings had already resulted in incidents. And those who were looking forward to it were not disappointed. A comeback from Gurney seemed to be in the making, and Price decided to take a different approach.
At moments when he would normally explode with emotion, he now remained completely calm. Crucial finishes were no longer celebrated, and he truly lived up to his nickname, The Iceman. But as soon as that decisive final double went in, all the pent-up emotion came pouring out—and that infuriated Gurney once again.
