During the press conference after qualifying of the Grand Prix in Portugal there was this funny chat between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen. The Mercedes driver was asked if he could imagine driving a MotoGP bike around this ‘rollercoaster-track’.

Interviewer: “You had the chance to ride a MotoGP bike in Valencia last year. Can you imagine riding a MotoGP bike around this track? And if you could choose a Formula 1 track to ride a MotoGP bike on, what would you choose?”
Lewis Hamilton: “I won’t wanna ride one around here because there is no grip, so…”
Max Verstappen: “It would be just really bouncy”
Lewis Hamilton: “Yeah, first you would take off over some of these humbs, you know. Coming out the last corner, turn 15, and on to the straight and at one something you would probably take off. I don’t fancy that. So in terms of what track I would like to have a go on…”
Valtteri Bottas: “Monaco”
Lewis Hamilton: “Well, that could be good. What do you think?”
Max Verstappen: “Austin”
Lewis Hamilton: “Austin maybe yeah”
Max Verstappen: “Nice and heavy”
Lewis Hamilton: “It could be a quite cool circuit to ride”
Max Verstappen: “I don’t even want to think about Turkey, because probably that would be…”
Lewis Hamilton: “That would be horrendous”
Max Verstappen: “Haha”
