After Free Practice at the Yas Marina Circuit there was this funny moment with Kevin Magnussen. He had to go into the pitlane as the session was finished but he missed the pit entry as he had understeer. The problem is the red lights were on so the session was over and you are not allowed to do another lap. But at the same time you are not allowed to drive in the opposite way as well.

Kevin Magnussen: “I missed the uh, entry… pushing. I guess I’ll do another lap?”
Engineer: “Oh, I don’t know. Let me come back to you”
After extra lap
Kevin Magnussen: “Just trying to make the most of my last weekend, you know…”
Engineer: “Did you wave to everyone ? Wave to all the spectators”
