Last weekend Ben Robb and Victoria Monaghan won the titles at the New Zealand Open. As this was a golden tournament they both booked their places for the WDF World Championship 2023.
What makes this a special story is Victoria Monaghan used to be a guy and this makes her the first transsexual who will compete at a World Championship in darts.
Congratulations to Ben Robb and Victoria Monaghan, who beat Haupai Puha and Wendy Harper respectively to win the Gold-ranked New Zealand Open singles titles earlier today.
